Hi guys,
Was wondering how everyone felt about avocados... I've gotten into the habbit of eating a medium-sized hard-boiled egg and a half avocado for breakfast almost every day...
Does anyone else include them regularly in their menu? How's that going...

BUT it IS healthy fat.
Just remember that avocado has a lot of fat it in.
And pepper
1 hass avocado, diced
1 can of corn, drained
3 tbsp olive oil
cilantro
combine beans, tomato avocado as an excellent source of good fat.

Guacamole....
Scoop out the flesh of the avocado and combine it with the remaining sauce I serve on Sunday.
Serve immediately minutes before grilling.
Hot sauce
1 ripe avocado -- peeled, pitted,
and mashed
Combine all ingredients.

1 doz large eggs hard boiled.
1 large avocado
Juice of 1 lime
1 tsp or to taste hot sauce
4 Tbsp mayo
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine yolks, avocado, lime juice, hot sauce and mayo in a bowl and mash.
Transfer mixture to a zip-lock bag and stuff egg ...

I don't want to do discourage you but it looks like the people who were recommending amounts for your avocados missed the part about this being a one gallon batch. Typically, it's recommended that you add 1-2 pounds of fruit (or avocados in your case)...
