What is the difference between avocados my store sells Mexican but i cant seem to find info about them i am not good searching for things is one better that the other? thanks for any info

The California avocado may be a bit fattier and is the one Atkins recommend

Made it the other day. Very good. I had to sub white wine vinegar for the red wine vinegar but it was still great. It did an amazing job making sure the avocado didn't turn brown even after 3 days storing leftovers in the fridge. (better than lime juice...

Made it the other day. Very good. I had to sub white wine vinegar for the red wine vinegar but it was still great. It did an amazing job making sure the avocado didn't turn brown even after 3 days storing leftovers in the fridge. (better than lime juice...

2. Pour mixture into a 2-quart baking dish.
3. Cover and freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
4. Before serving, let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes. Scoop and serve...

1. He uses coconut WATER instead of coconut milk, to infuse both the rice and fish with a subtle coconut essence.
