Amateur software or strict budget the same logic applies for the I5 2400, I5 2500 warranty stuff if he is agreeable.
A mechanical HDD 500GB is $79.99, the Quadro card $169.99, CPU i5 2500 is $199.99 and a decent mobo guess of course.

Well I have found a reel that I like and a rod that's perfect for it. I bought the Shimano Sustain 2500FG. It's one hell of a nice reel let me tell you. The foam handle is better than I thought...it's very smooth not a tad rough like the CI4's handle ...
