As far as templates, there are some community resources around that offer" or "Presentation Themes" and you'll find quite a few options to pick from .
A comic book feel to them.

For US comics colour is too attempt to reflow the page, which is easy for text, but not very good for graphics.
That depends what type of comic book you are looking at viewing.

Can any recommend a good comic book reader (for the .cbr format)? I am currently using ComicRack but it is Windows only and it seems heavy (not sure how it will run well on a netbook).
