We have a comments form where users can submit their comment about news articles and after that submission every comment is accepted and listed in the same page.

User Comment field available for reporting?
When doing custom reporting against requests with reportable dictionaries we have a user request to also include the user comments. How do I reference / point to the comments field for a request?

I do see thoughtful comment posts attached to these stories.
I wonder if I wouldn't better off not reading comments at all.
That said, if the user are serious about.
Personal attack and if so someone may report it as such.

I was wondering if it is possible to not attach Excel sheet if it is empty, and maybe write a different comment in the email if empty.
When I go to report delivery options, there's no such configuration.

I imagine that a data no data is returned, but that wouldn't prevent the report from being attached.
You can take advantage of the "Include Report" and "Comment" delivery settings.
