If, however, you have to wait any amount of time for your operating system to respond to events, then your flash game will have the same issue, since with small-ish screen resolutions aren'....
Should be able to play a flash game just fine.

Is the MVC design pattern used in commercial computer games?
Particularly with regard to high performance games I am curious if there have been any commercial users of MVC in the games industry?

It's rarely used....
However, I was able to find bit of insight.
This may give you a littleI don't know of any commercial games that use it; there may be some.
A paper (PDF) that mentions the MVC pattern being used in computer games.

I have just bought a new computer and I have everything migrated over except for my Steam games.
I looked in Program Files/Steam/ and I found a folder full of the games I have downloaded, but I do not know if it is safe to just copy these folders from...

And you will need to delete the clientregistry....
Or re-download the games after, then just copy the directories over onto the new computer, use the same filepaths etc...
Steam will create a new one when you run it on your new computer.

Most of your other games from Legion to Troy have AI "computer....
That's the point I'm bringing up.
In the base game "computer vs computer" and not allow it or include it with expansion paks for the very same base game.

Having the extra graphics horsepower of the Macbook Pro would give you even better framerates .
Question, I have read that graphics memory matters the most when you are playing demanding games always playing The Orange Box games on it.
