Guides, ask someone you know who deals a lot with computers, like technicians and computer enthusiasts computer parts, I also tend to check the manufacturer's website to see how much support they usually.

Applying power to a USB port while the computer is powered off sounds like a method....
The capacity of a USB connection, but it would be very slow, and I've never heard of one .
I'm aware of no computer that can be charged using the USB port.
