Syncing one Outlook Express account on multiple computers?
POP's not always great for this kind of coordinated work, think about using a web-based mail system such as Google Mail or similar. These keep your mail on one central server so you can see what emails others have sent and have one big 'in box' folder for you all to work from.

Anyone Ever get this Error in Outlook?
Make sure he is connected to the network and that he is not logging on locally. Make sure that the PC is pointing to the same DNS server as the Exchange server. Check the Active Directory Users and Computers to see if there is an issue with the PC as part of the domain. The PC must be joined to the domain to see the autodiscover Exchange server settings.
I have had this show when the user's domain password has expired as well. There is also the possibility that the time on the computer is incorrect. I have had Outlook 2003 users throw authentication errors when their time was more than 5 minutes off from domain time.

How can I get Outlook desktop to COMPLETELY overwrite handheld?
I have tried Hagglund's solution of going into Synchronize and selecting custom, altering settings to Desktop "wins". Unfortunately, I still have partial contact data on both my handheld and Outlook, with Palm desktop being a duplicate of the info on handheld. Does anyone have any solutions for getting the Desktop to overwrite the handheld? I've tried everything, including several reinstalls and hours talking to tech support.
