Should all prisoners get Conjugal Visits?

I wish they all could get them, but I think at least prisoners who are married should get them. I think it would help keep relationships strong between husbands and wives during this time. I'm not married but it would be nice to have if we were married. source

Lifers NEED conjugal visits, is there anything that can be done?

My husband is not a lifer but I still agree with what you are saying. I think that family visits give every inmate hope and hope is all they have so why take it away. source

Family Visiting questions - when should I start the process?

He needs to mainline first - then you can contact visiting there and find out what you need to do. There are no contact visits - let alone family visits - in reception. source

Transfer from one state to another?

I've only heard of one instance of such a transfer. The guy was a captain for MM turned informant and they found out about it. He was pretty much a dead man on any unit in TX so they transferred him to Kansas. Don't think they'd transfer someone only so they would get conjugal visits. source
