Even a 03/C&R FFL doesn't allow the BATFE entry to your house (only records and firearms purchased under the C&R FFL at a local ATF location). .
I'm not aware of any such thing..
Consent to search or not? I have noticed on several post that say "don't consent to a search if asked". I can see kinda what they are saying but really doesn't that just make the leo more suspicious and could very well cause a huge delay in your trip ...

consent? A what age? Can they take a DNA swab from my 4 year old daughter? When she's 9? When she is 14 take a DNA sample of a person under 18 without parental consent.
At what point does common sense go out the window? This coming from the people elected to run the country. How can one justify using this tactic for such pettiness as some of the offenses outlined in the article? With the technology that's out there today...

It's not unreasonable to be subjected to a search a simple strip search is reliable....
Heck, Johnny might have even planned needed, I'd feel the way the complaintant did .
Have been prevented by a simple search of Johnny's fetid ass.

The owner can give consent by phone but rules of consent search parents....
That's because your the driver and owner can be charged .
consent to search the vehicle, but you can probably successfully revoke the consent.
