Which country is closest to ideal for conservatives?
Which country do you think is governed by the best conservative political philosophy now? I have asked this question throughout the threads and seen no answer except from Verdon. Because of that, I have concluded that conservatives on these threads don't know what they want but continue to post just to see themselves post and regurgitate what they are told by Limbaugh and company.
Not that there's anything wrong with that, but this country is in so much trouble that it behooves us to be serious and discuss political matters with a sense of urgency and seriousness. So, I think if you indicate what you consider the country now governed by the best conservative political philosophy, we can better approach understanding each other and be able to discuss more intelligently.

Are Conservatives Getting Stupider?
The Republicans have moved so far to the right that there are very few conservatives left in their party anymore. There are some people on the right side of the Democratic Party that I think would qualify as conservatives, and while I think they are wrong I don't know that I would use the word stupid to describe them. The fascists that make up the base of the Republican Party however, yeah they tend to be extremely stupid.

Conservatives in European Countries?
Actually we are having a 'right shift' as I believe most of Europe is. Think about it, the Labour party is now where the conservative party was, god knows where the tories are now!
