If you have several domain names but havent gotten around to making the actual websites yet
question, but what, exactly, constitutes a parked domain?

Anyone know of a way to programatically detect a parked web page? That is, those pages that you
accidentally type in (or intentionally sometimes) and they are hosted by a domain parking service
and/or the actual content of the pages and develop some heuristics as to what constitutes a "parked page"....

That it constitutes freedom of speech and doesn't qualify as trademark dilution or having the potential
to constitute trademark confusion, and that if you don't preemptively offer to sell the domain
topics related to web design: CMS, HTML, XHTML, etc...
