It doesn't necessarily have to make sense in terms come up with something terribly catchy, then a simple "Your Name Consulting, LLC" would work fine, pronounceable, spellable name.
Suggest is try to find some unique thing around you..

As one of the core contributors for an open-source framework, I'm frequently dazzled by the blurry line between "open source help" and consulting. I'd like to ask for your advice on the matter.
Frequently, people using the framework would post 400+ lines...

Hi,
Just wondering if anyone had any advice on how to get IT consulting jobs/clients? I would be looking to target small business in my local area.
Also, does having certifations (e.g. MCSE) help attain clients
Any other advice welcome.

Over time....
Look at the big problems first and let the little stuff go so you don't sound like you are constantly criticizing .
Start Slow.
When the month is over, take your next project.
Don't educate, you're there to finish the project, dot end of line .
