Hi,
I just added a Hauppauge HVR-2200 (EU version of their HVR-2250 dual tuner card) to my system. The package does not come with the MCE remote controller, IR receiver or IR emitters though I think I have the option to get them as an add-on for another...

I have a Blackberry and a D-Link DNS 323, but the idea should be the same for you: install SSH on your NAS, configure your network/router to forward the SH port to the NAS, and use an SSH client on the phone ... .
You could write an iPhone app to do that.
