I am a drop cookie girl...i make 1000's of them...but rolled sugar cookies....not my thing.
i am not good at it.
but...i want to try to make cookies as favors for my niece's upcoming Sweet 16...so i thought i'd do some test runs.

I used Ateco merengue powder.
I can't help you there, and I haven't yet tried the cookie recipe).
Recipe may be doubled.
Dozen cookies, depending on size of cookie cutters used.

But, here is a recipe using store-bought cookie dough...
Keep the cookie in the center of the oven and turn it once at the half way point never used the funfetti recipe, so I'm not sure on that one.
