Hello Can anyone tell me if they have had any problems cooking in an oven powered by bottled gas? I know cooking on a hob is no problem, but I have been told a bottled gas oven is no good. Opinions please. Thank you Richard

We want the oven mostly for ....
If you want cakes or things like roast.

The Minimalist @ NYTimes.com (great source for recipes/cooking tips) had a good method, which tenderizes the meat and replicates....

I found lots of gas appliances don't get hot enough for some types of cooking new.I now do most of my cooking on....
I can only assume down well.
Is a good cook and because she likes cooking I'm now a happy consumer of edibles.
