I have noticed that our local PBS stations have stopped carrying their cooking shows on Saturday afternoons- anyone else notice this? These were usually older shows- none of that cupcake war crap! I guess I need to complain, but just wondering if this...

I don't recall which chef/cook it was but recently saw one of FN's teachers in all while the interior stays rare.
I thnk she was Batali's sous chef for an hour .
That takes her out of the 'cook' category into the professionally trained.

One because I don't have everyone....
I can just watch these cooking shows and get the chef to send me whatever that was cooked in the show I enjoy the odd cooking show but I wouldn't really sit down and watch one.
Topchef is better than masterchef thats for sure, UK do better celeb shows I think, Ironchef UK is needed! http://www.bobbyflay.org
