My vegetarian daughter wants to try Tofu. Does anyone actually eat this stuff and what do you do with it ? There are probably many recipes on the internet but I was rather hoping to get some ideas from anyone who uses it

In the interests of battling my cholesterol down, I am eating much less meat these days and am not missing it, frankly.

Good luck! Tofu is great for Asian dishes, but as a substitute for meat in recipes, try some of the Morning Star Farms type products....
Also maintains cookbook downloads but I don't know if Costco even sells tofu, so, maybe not worth your time.
