My vegetarian daughter wants to try Tofu. Does anyone actually eat this stuff and what do you do with it ? There are probably many recipes on the internet but I was rather hoping to get some ideas from anyone who uses it

I have never actually heard of freezing uncooked pasta.....
However, I cook dishes with pasta and tofu and then freeze individual portions all the time and they come out great.
If you press the tofu before freezing, it should be fine.

And the creation of tofu involves cooking beans destroyed by cooking? Nigari is a coagulant.
