Open the block drains and the rad drain.
Best to always top up a cooling system with a 50:50 mix of antifreeze and water (preferably, fully drain the system and fill with fresh coolant.

I have driven about 20 miles, local driving, and the coolant has gone down is pressurising the coolant and forcing....
Also topped the coolant to max to see how much I lose.
I'm going to re check it tomorrow to see if I can see anything .

He figured it out on his 4th heater core....
This problem kept killing the guys heater core, but kept using/buying the same type of coolant.
I would think it was just bad luck.
Drain it, flush it & refill it with the proper coolant.

Vauxhall are fully aware of it, but getting anything out of them seems to prove almost impossible! Others on this forum have experienced the same fault, which usually results in both the gearbox and radiator... .

Without going into a long explanation of the makeup of coolant or possibly dilute the proper coolant....
For topping off it should be fine, but if the coolant in the vehicle is still fairly new, it might be better to use the proper kind.
