Currently i've been using the CoolerMaster 350w Elite powersuppy as a replacement for OEM(dell/hp/compaq/gateway/emachines/etc) computers after the original unit has gone bad, so far so good... should i keep using them?

But 460w is a waste.
PSU wise, you pretty much get an improvement over what ever pos was in there to begin with .
To the Coolermaster 400w or 460w units, they're FSP which are decent units.

I've got a motherboard mate, a Gigabyte GA-EX58-UD5 fully boxed, only changed it coz i got hold of a MSI Big Bang Xpower which suited my colour scheme on my upgrade build better than the Gigabyte .

CM Hyper 212 evo is a good and cheaper alternative .
I read in a review that installing it is a difficult task and it is quite heavy .
Re: AM3+ mobo required V6gt is a good cooler.
