Hey guys.
I recently split water on my Macbook Pro 13" " 2010 Core 2 Duo" And best buy exchanged it for the new 2011 "i5 macbook pro"
And MW3 in suddenly massively laggy on the new i5.
What do you think the reason might be?
They both have 4 Gb ram.

For gaming, even if the Core2 Duo CPU isn't as good as the i5.

The first run of MacBook Pros have Core Duo processors, whereas all the ones after that have Core 2 Duos. Apple says Snow Leopard only requires an Intel processor, but will a first-gen MacBook Pro get enough of the improvements to be worth upgrading?

Since this processor is not 64-bit, I can only use Grand Central Dispatch .
I have an early 2006 MacBook Pro which still is a Core Duo (not Core 2 Duo).
Everything, and the bugs don't really bother me.

The (Tiger) install DVDs that came with a MacBook Core 2 Duo (a white
one) won't work with a very slightly older model, whose original disks
also contained Tiger.

Just browsing the refurb store and see they have big savings on the
original (?) 1.6GHz MacBook Air.
Current machine is a 2.0GHz white MacBook, with the original Core Due
