I've been hearing a lot about High Fructose Corn Syrup lately and I want to know exactly how bad it is for weight loss, and what foods to avoid. Ive learned a lot of things to avoide lately such as jelly, some bread, a lot of juices, fruit snacks, crackers...

Not soda, juice 'drinks' or even diet soda.
That were sweetened with High Fructose Corn Syrup.
HFCS contains man made fructose which causes obesity. It's the cause of the biggest health crisis in the US. At least that's what my friend is telling his 7 year old son who reads labels and won't eat anything with HFCS in it. What do you think? My aim...

I like the....
I'll say this....I use around a teaspoon per day in my morning coffee .
I'm not seeing much science from either side of the agave debate, outside of the glycemic index claims which both sides seem to agree upon .
Not all agave is 90% fructose.
