I'm using singtel service and my internet speed I subscribe was 10mbps.
I dont know why but I feel my internet speed is very slow.
E.g
When I downloaded Diablo 3 Beta, my speed was like 100KB/s
My friend on the other hand, using starhub, was downloading...

I stay in sundial (punggol east) and currently with ST. due to company has SH corporate line, thinking of swithcing to SH when contract with ST ends but worry signal of SH is weak here.... anyone using SH, especially those blk167/168 and having any problem...
