Just a quick question does caffeine increase cortisol levels and if so is it worth decreasing the amount i have, which is anywhere between 400-600mg a day just from tea's lol

If it is also increases cortisol then is coffee a no-no or is the caffeine level low cortisol levels,,it was in muscle and fitness a few months back...also avised taking alcar(carnitin with drinking too much....

I had the ACTH test and just got a score that I don't understand. It was only for cortisol results not alderestone. It read 15 at 0 minutes, 22 at 60 minutes and 22 at 90 minutes. Does anyone know what that means, I have googled it but I find it confusing...

Aka it stores it anywhere within the torso, not just the abdomen (overproduction of cortisol), or on steroids (like predinsone or other asthma medications), that all can cause too much cortisol.
