Piston ,fuel pump was not keeping up at full throttle ,360 mod on methanol m1 intake ,wasn,t running hot ,was running a modified mechanical pump ,went to a belt drive ,problem dissapeared ,methanol the better on methanol.

I have done several b230's belts but never owned a 960
local supply of cheap low mile 940's esp wagons is drying up

You're in there replacing the water pump anyway, why not just drain the coolant.
Water pump is your call, i only replace it if there is obvious leaking with just the fan.
The electric fan out of the way.

When I turn the key on the fuel pump does not prime. They by passed the relay and put voltage straight to the pump and the pump started. I'm being told I need a new computer. The tank has been off several times in the last few months and the starter switch...

Make sure that the electrical connection for the pump is connected.
The 1800 cannot.
Do you have a 1300 or 1800? I believe the 1300 fuel pump can be bypassed.

Sorry should have clarified, the pump I need is just the regular old pump without the tach drive as I have an electronic tach fitted.
I hope not.
If it got hurt or not yet, still have to tear her down .

The pump that came with my 32 0z AG Shower Gel is great.
The pump that Phil sells for the 16 oz bottles is horrible, nothing comes out of them, the 32 oz ones are just fine.

Cetane at pump suppose to be min 40 Diesel shop said it runs low 30's I was reading my John Deere owners manual and it says Diesel fuel should be min 45 Cetane.
Pump Diesel is suppose to be min 40 Cetane correct?
A local Stanadyne shop says around here...
