What would be the best on a cut? Normal cottage cheese has a good amount of fat in it and since fat slows down digestion it would be a good source of casein Low fat cottage cheese has lower fat and sometimes a higher carb amount.

Only difference is one has 1.5g fat and 6carbs.
cottage cheese have the same amount of calories.
Cottage cheese during contest prep is it ok to use fat free cottage cheese during contest prep and then cut it out 3 weeks out? or should i cut it out sooner?

What I have instead is called "1% no salt added ....
It is so salty I cannot eat it.
1st, you don't have to learn to like anything!! CC STAND fat free cottage cheese of any kind.

If not, eat something else.
If you enjoy it, eat it.
If you enjoy it, eat cottage cheese.
Anyway, there's nothing special or magical about cottage cheese.

I still lose 1 pound! I found Fat Free Cottage Cheese at Whole Foods, and weigh out 100 g for a meal.
I'm a rogue and eat about 2 cups a day and for me its ok .

I LOVE Cottage Cheese, but I've stopped eating it since going Primal that you can make and use cottage cheese as an alternative over other cheeses.
Parmesan or any other cheese to it.
