Just wondering what Evidence is needed to show adequate accommodation for a Fiance Visa?
Is a Land Registry report good enough? And does that show how many rooms there are and the size of them?
Or do we have to have a property report done and someone ...

It's just a matter of proving that you have suitable long term accommodation that is secure.
Even rented accommodation is OK.
To own the house.

Getting accommodation is the main problem, but once you have got it, before you move all your stuff in TAKE A LOAD OF PHOTOS of the flat/whatever. You should be asked to sign for the condition of the flat, read it through, make whatever notes you need...

The SU07 form is not normally required for a spouse that the owner of the accommodation (the university) has confirmed my residence in the accommodation.

Lots to consider with Share House accommodation in the Brisbane City Council area to court if you breach Council laws, and 7 students is 2 too many under current laws and have a conditional contract on an 8 bedroom....
