I assume we have to count the points for the 2 servings of healthy oils that we are supposed to be consuming every day? Kind of a bummer - I'd rather skip the oil.

Yes, you count points for them, but it's a small amount, and the oils are really essential to your line: Would you run your car without oil? The human body is a fine tuned machine, and healthy oils overall health.

My nails the points on something I couldn't ....
I use flax seed oil and put my 2 teaspoons in my yogurt every morning.

I am having a hard time getting my daily oils in. I do not like the taste of olive oil. What kind of oils can I buy? and where do I incorporate them in ? I do not want oil on my salad. Thanks for any input.

You only need to eat 2 tsp of oil per day.
FYI: Fish oils, Oil capsules, Avocados, peanut butter, nuts, etc, do NOT count towards WW oils? Here are some ideas.

I have just purchased a case of NULON FULL SYNTHETIC 10W-60 EXTREME ENGINE OIL. It's meant to have 38% less friction than other leading oils and is the current V8 utes control oil. I am going to do a back to back dyno run with the oil I have in the car...

That the 2 stroke oil is on aisle 3! "It is not the critic who counts, not the man who points out in the arena..." I was advised to go for an oil with a high zinc content.

I am generally good with GHGs except for oils. I need to find a way to incorporate them into my daily routine. I do use 845mg Flaxseed gelcaps and 1200MG Fish oil gelcaps as daily suppliments, but that is probably not enough. I could probably count that...

You count what you ate.
The oil can be cooked or straight out of the bottle.
? If you ate the whole thing, yes.
Yes did you eat the stir fry or share with others. .
Just wondering if my fish oil pills satisfy the daily "healthy oils" requirements? Seems as though it would. I take 4 daily, 1,000 units each.

Safflower or flaxseed.
