Got the H1B stamping done in India but not traveled to USA yet, employer delaying for various reasons.
So there is no pay stub, is it possible for H1B transfer to another employer?

I don't know the exact year they switched over to the larger stamping on the receivers.
In Victoria TX and GRC in Martinsburg WV use a one line receiver stamp that is nice and small near of the barrel.

I will be going from Israel to Egypt and perhaps one or two more Arab countries. How do you go about getting the officials to not stamp your passport while in Israel? How critical is this? Any advice would be sincerely appreciated!

Note, however, that you Arab countries.
Request that they stamp a separate sheet of paper, and they should comply.
