Hi,
I am currently at Onsite and need to get my L1B stamped with in next few months. I am in a very confused state now, I have an option to get the stamping done in Third country or to go back to india for stamping.
Please advice if it would be safe to...

If you are in your home country.
If you go to a third nation for visa stamping and if there was a 221g for admin process, then you will end up stuck there for quite a while.
Or the company he/she is working for.

I wanted to check with the expats who recently got their grant letter for PR , does your letter mention that you get your passport stamped by the Australian consulate? The reason I ask, is that my agent mentioned that the "no stamping rule" does not apply...

As far as India is considered, it is better.
In the grant letter it is mentioned that if your country requires a visa label then u should have that if your country requires a visa label then u should have it.

I have been working as consultant as empoyer vendor-client for past 5 months. Now I am planning to join to vendor as full time and will be working for the same client.
