To prove the debt is mine first! Or have you already 'admitted' to it? First thing to do is get them to prove the debt exists - so a prove it letter is required see template http.

We do Scrum, so we spawn a technical debt card, cross-team debt items by having a cross-team backlog of technical debt that we prioritize and inject into each Scrum team during....
On our teams we actively manage technical debt.

I'm a big fan of ruby on rails, and it seems to incorporate many of the 'greatest hits' of web application programming techniques. Convention over configuration in particular is a big win to my mind.
However I also have the feeling that some of the convenience...

I'm curious how we are doing in paying debt compared to others. We still spend a fair amount I feel.This does not include mortgage. Maybe you can respond like I did below. I am not including mortgage debt and "Pay" means how much debt paid off each month...

Make: $53k a year (gross, single)
Debt: $15870 car
Pay: $670/560 (before move another $23k or so)
Debt: about $24k+
* Student Loan 1: $2200 remaining - $127 min payment.

UGH!!! You were THRILLED to have zero debt and then family has a medical need and there is debt again, yay! At least it is not thousands upon thousands like some people have. Still annoying enough. I hate the idea of debt, I want to live simple enough...
