I do have the latest BIOS upgrade and I enabled 64-bit - they even have an entire section....
Has states that my processor will not work.
I have hp Pavilion zv6000 though.
To find the fix yet and im thinking of just going back to 32bit .

Ok i just set up an Old Pentium III 548 mhz with 192 mb of ram that was in my old stuff.
The computer works fine. It had more ram but one of the stick was busted so i had to take it out and I'm down to 192 :/
Now it run surprisingly well with a clean ...

Put those spare CPU....
When you issues with Flash content though.
Ddr333, radeon 200m 128mb, xp/Ubuntu(Gnome Shell) 11.10 - lappy (hp zv6000)Don't know from experience, but I don't think that the CPU could handle flash with any OS.
