My DD is crawling now at high speed and covering a lot of ground.
My DD, on the other hand, was crawling at 8 months and walking to use their hands to stop themselves.
And was flying around the place at 16 months.

Mmm, it may be worht your while getting her assessed to see a physio. SHe may have some global delay or it may be a sign of something more serious. Take her to your peadiatrician ASAP

I'm going to have to agree with your doctor on this one. Definitely more mental than physical. Try a psych evaluation?
