Pros of Creature Seizure :
-Can change battle position
Since many people don't play Normal monsters anyway, why is Creature Swap used so much more frequently over Creature Seizure ?

It almost looks like wizards unintentionally printed extremely powerful two mana creatures, that all became houses in multiple formats.
In Ravnica, there was Dark Confidant , which might be the best creature ever printed due to the extreme card advantage...
