One loan was taken in 2005 and one in 2003 .

How old is the debt BTW? Good thing you have mentioned the ICO .
Don't forget to threaten with a complaint to the ico in the letter .

A credit agreement will only tell you if you had it or not at point of sale.

So I would guess every credit agreement would need take you to court under....
Are endevouring to find a copy'..'and be assured we would not have opened a credit card agreement unless the Consumer Credit Act is from 1974...
Does anybody have an in depth view on the differences between a contract and a credit/agreement!. my take on it is if an agreement is enforcable by law it is then a contract!! any one have a better understanding? please share!! peace love and light

You and I must agree (legal obligations) before.
A credit agreement becomes a contract (allegedly) through your actionsyou need agreement so you can contract.
The contract can be enforced.
Have received a credit agreement which is not very clear with the date just under the customer's signature . In the mean time have recieved a claim form from the court. What I wish to know is as the date is not easily readable on the credit agreement,...
