All the app does is chart crime data that is public record on a map.
Because the areas with the most crime highlighted by the app were basically the "Hood"

It would appear the NAACP would be the racist ones by automatically saying high crime areas are black.
That solely analyzes crime rates and uses that data to avoid those areas.
