I was sold critical illness cover many years ago, I actually have no idea what I am paying for costing £100 per month. Is this something covered in current days of claiming you have been wrongly sold to ?

The problem with Critical Illness is that you have to have a qualifying illness.
Are you going to suffer a critical illness or not? Quote to claim.
If you dont then no.
A claimable event yes.

ACG Thanks for your response I fully understand that ppi and critical illness cover are different out around 4 to 10 times salary on a critical illness, there would be no overlap.

Critical illness gives a lump sum which you can use for all sorts.
This sounds like complete until retirement, death or recovery.
