Hello All You Baker's,
I have been wondering if any of you have the same problem I have been having. I buy beautiful cupcake paper liners and after they bake you can't even see the designs anymore!!! Some of the color even stays in the bottom of the cupcake...

I also have purchased some of the Cupcake Creation cupcake liners and they do work great grocery....
liners and then either place the cupcakes into pretty liners after they are baked or I use cupcake wrappers.

Are you supposed to remove the paper liner? I always do but my sister says no.

I would probably use crisco to get, beat for another 2mins .
White icing would look great with those cupcake holders.

These are pretty darn good. Gina did it AGIAN.
The icing recipe doesn't make a lot so you really need a pastry piping bag with a small tip to frost all the cupcakes. Also, she says fill to each cupcake 2/3 full but its more like 1/2 to be able to fill...

4 ounces dark 70% cocoa chocolate
1/3 cup heavy cream
1 T corn syrup
1 T butter, room temp
