I've decided to serve it for dinner guests on Saturday, with a big bowl of basmati rice, but what should I do for sides? Thanks in advance for any ideas! ~Valerie

All I can think of to go with curry chicken and apple stew.

Substitute chickenHi, have you tried going to the Food and Recipes tab and typing chicken into the 'Whats ingredients I have at hand.
You can also use this receipe to make curried prawns.
Of rice 3 extra pro points.

Ok, so.
Goes with curry.
Mutton, chicken, etc.
Oxtail is oxtail and curry is curry.
I have black friends who will tell it with curry.
Cooked (as in simmered) oxtail potjie can be identified if curried.
