Thing is there are lot of image files and the like you'd need and images and if you change theme....
You could take an existing theme and modify it.
Ultimately a theme is just CSS, images and possibly Javascript) but it's not very practical.

That there's a div with class "myCustomScope" that contains everything the custom theme should apply hierarchy and placed at the end of the body element, which means that it isn't covered by a custom css, but you need the dialog ....
