Why are you looking for stability at DDR3-1800, when your RAM is rated for DDR3-1600? Change the DRAM frequency to DDR3-1440 (x8 DRAM multiplier) at 9-9-9-24, or bump the BCLK to 200 w/ the multiplier set to x18 = 3.6GHz w/ the x8 DRAM mult .
