My dd's sure do manipulate, but they aren't mean.
I don't think we're born mean, but I do think that parents, media, peers and experiences can tiny replicas of their moms.

Dd got a crib bumper when she was born (Nov. 2010) and when I read all the infant death statistics I immediately had Dh take it off and its been sitting in her closet ever since.
