Is there any advantage in terms of body composition or gym performance by increasing our DHT levels without using anabolic steroids? (increasing 5a-reductase enzyme comes to my mind...

My thinking id because testosterone isn't getting converted into estrogen so much, more of it is available for it to be converted into DHT, leading to higher DHT levels?
Is that broscience or is it fact? If it is true, wouldn't that lead to an increase...

You could elevate Test levels themselves I believe, by increasing Zinc and Vitamin E levels and....
DHT, (Di-HydroTestosterone), is a by product of too much Testosterone and can cause baldness.
You don't want to raise DHT.

I know of only one study that looks at whether your DHT and hormone leels return to normal after discontinuing finasteride...but it is onl a yearlong... are there any other studies out therethat study this? Personal experiences?

Black tea lowered serum DHT in mice by 72%, but I dont know led to a 164% INCREASE in DHT....
That doesn't sound so appealing does on mouse DHT levels though.
Tea ALONE led to a 164% INCREASE in DHT levels in mice.
