So i have a '65 f250. I am sure it hasnt been registered in well over 7 years. I have an old registration card for it and some other paperwork from the last registered owner/ who i dont know but can get ahold of maybe. What is my best route for walking...

With a title In California you can go to the DMV website and enter the vin and the license plate number easier, but looks like its $4 there in arizona for a duplicate, ,or vehicle history report (dmv.

Their website lists wait times notice.

Expense is definitely a big part of the shooting sport, but as others have indicated, there's that 'comfort level' that ppl of color still have to acquire in getting out to participate.
