DS needs tubes put in his ears and his tonsils and adenoids taken out. We have to go to the Toledo Children's Hospital (about 2 hours from me) and DS will have to spend the night in the ICU after the surgery. If everything goes okay, he will only be there...

My DS's surgery on Tuesday went great, except for in recovery when he was inconsolable and he ripped out the IV from his hand. The Dr got the tear ducts unclogged and his eyes look so much better. Thanks for the T&P's!

I did get the flu 4 weeks after surgery and got dehydrated and could not keep food down - back to hospital 185 pounds so far.
I had no serious complications, no minor one either really .
