I am a big fan of CDBurnerXP for writing to DVD's and CDs.
It seems to work well and works even in Win7 .
Try ISO Recorder .
I like ImgBurn myself.

I hope this helps meant Windows 7 RC version, you really do need a blank DVD for that.
Note that Windows 7 is a DVD image, NOT a CD image.
And it will ask you to browse for the .iso.

I'm thinking of backing up important CDs and DVDs by not simply copy-pasting the files from the CD or DVD, that's why i'd like to create ISO image files instead. What's a good app for that? It should run smoothly on Fedora 11.

But if you want to save on bandwidth:
LC ISO Creator is very small, lightweight ) and the key is not tied to a particular ISO download.
Download the iso again.
