Veggie burgers, Chikin patties, nuggets salad.

I keep finding conflicting info regarding dairy products and gastritis. Some say low-fat dairy is good; others say avoid dairy in general.
I would guess something like plain yogurt is good--it certainly seems to help me, anyway. Who here drinks or eats...

Yogurt tends-fat dairy items in small amounts until you know if you are comfortable with them or not.
If you are lactose intolerant or resistant, you want to limit you dairy intake.
