Three Dragons Collide plus staples was the original plan outside of Dark World....
Either on a new deck, Dark World builds or Chaos Dragons builds? Darkworld is much cheaper than dragons a tournament-ready deck.

I see a lot of Dark World decks use Upstart Goblin , but never any other decks like it. Exodia decks and Anti-cure decks use them for obvious reasons, but why is it good to have some Upstart Goblins in a Dark World deck, but not in a Dino Rabbit deck,...

Upstart Goblin is very powerful especially in a deck that can overkill your opponent like Dark....
Goblins in a Dark World deck, but not in a Dino Rabbit deck, Wind-Ups, or Inzektors? Dark Worlds can use.

So yeah youd think the prices of cards would have gone down but the booster packs are still as pricy as ever?? Can someone explain this to me?

3 for 30 get's you pretty much anything you could want, plus some new cards such as grapha, snoww, and gates of the dark world.
