You might consider using SQL Server Integration Services....
Have you tried any hidden options from SQL Server Studio?
They aren't directly convertible from one to the other; many aspects of SQL Server aren't supported in SQL Compact.

If the only access the application server needs to the database server is MySQL, then you just need to add a port exception to the Windows Firewall....
