You might consider using SQL Server Integration Services....
Have you tried any hidden options from SQL Server Studio? They aren't directly convertible from one to the other; many aspects of SQL Server aren't supported in SQL Compact.

Josh If the only access the application server needs to the database server is MySQL, then you just need to add a port exception to the Windows Firewall....
