How often do you floss? I floss at least once a day, sometimes twice if I feel like something is between my teeth. Usually in the morning and night when I brush my teeth, but I carry floss in my purse too for when I eat meals and I'm not at home. I HATE feeling things in my ... Can't stand floss for wider gaps between teeth, especially back teeth where flossing is technically more. Depends on the gaps between your teeth. I use tape, as I find the floss too thin.

What was first: The Skimmer of Filter Floss? I heave read a lot of literature that recommends first passing water through your skimmer before it goes through filter floss. As the skimmer remove the stuff out of the water while the floss let it remain in the water for a period, it is a better way... Water Pik instead of flossing?
