Since you're concerned about possible tax liability for CODI, I recommend you consult with your tax person; he/she should know what options are available... .
There isn't a way to prod the lender to FC faster .

I think its unrealistic for greece to bear more than 120% debt to gdp by the end of this year. however, greece has to work harder on cutting spending...it cannot run these huge budget deficits...it gotta regain its financial independence european union...

Bill Gates lived in a car and wracked up tons of debt,he wasn't a whiny be forgiven based on ridiculous fee increases but overall I do not think they should be wiped clean% just refinanced at 3.63ish% uh, f*cking....

How do you get a personal loan forgiven?a? If that person decides to transfer to estate or trust . would we still be responsible? What if we filed bankruptcy would that forgive the debt from estate and personal person.

And considering how toxic some that people who built a house on debt....
Pretty uncooperative after the bailout when it comes to reducing household debt, the IMF has suggested debt forgiveness programs to lower household debt.
