I've made it a few times now, and usually the cream cheese/egg layer is quite of a slice of the pizza cut out and on a plate? I'd like to see the texture of the crust.

Pizzeria Chi-town, but hubs says the thin is better than deep dish.
But he also likes NY pizza.
